Surely the biggest point is that Rural people KNOW lots that 's being ignored and the government are burning lots of rubber but not providing UNDERSTANDING .The problem is the bureacracy will go into a huddle over this and nomore will be DONE to address the SORES- except perhaps throw more tax at a whole lot more rubber and reactionary recognition.
